LEAD PASTOR

Jay has been serving as our lead pastor for 10 years. With his doctorate in psychology, the desire of his heart is to walk alongside people as they become holy and whole according to the Lord’s commission. He leads our church with compassion, perceptiveness, and creativity. 

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Ryan joined Maple City in 2021 as our Executive Pastor. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the church and ensures we're supporting our long term vision and constantly seeking God for guidance. His creativity, kindness, and integrity has had such a positive impact on our staff and church community!

FOUNDING & PASTORAL CARE PASTOR

Mel founded Maple City Chapel in 1971 and served faithfully as the lead pastor for 40 years. He now serves on our Pastoral Care team. We highly value Mel’s insight, compassion, and guidance. He has left a legacy of steadfast faith in the Lord and we are so grateful for him!

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Aaron is the reason anything at our church works, from our air conditioning to our internet. Not only does he solve all those practical needs, he has a spirit that is bound to Christ, constantly pointing us back to the grace and love of the Lord. He works so hard, always with a cheerful heart, and adds so much to our team!

WORSHIP PASTOR

Jesse brings a heart of worship not only to the stage on Sunday mornings, but in everything he does. From time with his wife and four kids to the American Ninja Warior course, his tenacity and hard work gives glory to the Lord. We're so excited to welcome Jesse and his family into our church! 

Care, Connection, & Missions Pastor

Joe exemplifies the joy of the Lord and you’ll likely hear him whistling, singing, or laughing before you see him. He deeply cares about the wellbeing of others, in our surrounding communitiesr and in countries around the world. We love his heart for the nations and his ability to create a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.

FAMILY & GROUPS PASTOR

After serving as our youth pastor in the early days of Maple City, Todd returned as our Family & Groups Pastor in 2017. He has a heart to see families grow and thrive while keeping Jesus at the center. He is able to equip and empower leaders to thrive in ministry, making him the perfect fit to head up our Life Groups ensuring they are running effectively.

CONGREGATIONAL CARE & SUPPORT

Beth is a gifted listener and encourager. She offers 1-on-1 sessions where she comes alongside you with wisdom and discernment. She thrives off of good conversation, has a unique ability to speak truth to situations that need it the most, and lives a life that honors the Lord. We are so grateful to have her at Maple City!

Connections & Stories Pastor

Andrea joined Maple City Staff in 2024 with a decade of ministry experience. Licensed in 2018 and ordained in 2022, she serves in our Connections Ministry, capturing stories from our church family to inspire and connect us. Andrea loves creating welcoming spaces for people to gather and enjoy good food and coffee.

STUDENT PASTOR

With 17 years of experience as a Student and Worship Pastor, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for ministry. We are thrilled to welcome Jordan, along with his wife Jessica and their dog Kobe to Maple City Chapel! His dedication and heart for the Lord are sure to make a positive impact on our Student Ministry!

KIDS DIRECTOR

Carmen keeps things fun in the Kids Department while actively teaching the gospel to our kids. Her heart for evangelism and discipleship is evident in every decision she makes for the ministry. We love to see her chase after the big dreams God has given her and value her insight and leadership!

EARLY CHILDHOOD COORDINATOR

Jessica brings years of teaching experience to our Kids Department. We're excited to have her influencing the littlest kingdom makers in our church as a mom herself and a powerhouse of Maple City Kids.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Kyla serves as an administrative assistant to Pastor Jay and Pastor Ryan. She is the master of getting things done with pure joy. We love her wisdom and compassion that goes into every thoughtful decision.

Administrative Assistant

Kris serves as an administrative assistant to Pastor Aaron and Pastor Joe as well as our office administrator. We love her heart for the Church and her sensitivity to the spirit. Her work as the office administrator keeps our ministries running effectively!

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Avery is a recent graduate from Bethel University and brings joy, creativity, and a passion for theology. She began as our creative arts admin and has recently transitioned to communications director. She has a passion for social media, design, and vision and is helping MCCh in communications inside and outside of the four church walls.

CARE & CONNECTIONS ADMIN

Jenn recently joined our team as an all-star admin. She has a gentle and loving spirit and a passion for organization. Her experience in administration brings a steady rhythm to our creative department, and we are so thankful for her and her perspective! We're excited to have her supporting our creative and care teams at Maple City Chapel.

TECH DIRECTOR

Chris has been passionate about tech and music since his early teens. With a background in various tech roles—from web design to AVL in church—he's dedicated to using technology to glorify God. When he's not behind the tech, you’ll find him playing guitar, writing music, lifting, or spending time with his dog, Shadow. Chris is excited to help others grow their tech skills to serve the church community.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT & KIDS MINISTRY ASSISTANT

Wrennie does a little bit of everything at Maple City. She’s a phenomenal bookkeeper, assists in the Kids Department, and does custodial work. She’s a go-getter who’s always happy to help out with whatever requests we throw her way!

EVENTS COORDINATOR

Brandi serves as our amazing events coordinator. We love to lend our building for community events, and we are so grateful for Brandi’s ability to make sure those run seamlessly. Her organization and attention to detail is always evident.
